This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or book a demo. Because the operator is based in Germany, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — even though the service is offered to customers in the United States.

What we collect

When you contact or book a demo: your name, email, phone number, company name, and anything you tell us.
Server / usage data: our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to deliver and secure the site.
Scheduling: demo bookings are processed by our scheduling provider (Calendly) on our behalf.

Purposes & legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

To respond to your request and schedule/hold a demo — Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract).
To operate, secure and improve the website — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
Where you give consent (e.g. optional communications) — Art. 6(1)(a).

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no non-essential cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Processors & international transfers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements — for example Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Formspree (contact-form handling) and Calendly (scheduling). Some may process data in the United States; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal retention obligations, then delete it.

Your rights (Art. 15–21 GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact richard.adel.achi@gmail.com.
