These Terms govern your use of the LeapMagna (“LeapMagna”) website and any demo you request through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our website & services

This website describes LeapMagna’s AI voice-agent services for home-service companies and lets you request a demo. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and LeapMagna, not by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use this site or request a demo on behalf of a business.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
Don't submit false information or someone else's data without permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the LeapMagna name and logo are owned by LeapMagna and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party links & tools

The site may link to third-party services (such as our scheduling provider). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any figures, estimates, or examples shown (including ROI illustrations) are for general information only and are not guarantees of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeapMagna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

The operator is based in Germany, so these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
